What you need:

• Cucumber dices : 30-40 gms
• fresh basil leaves: 6-8 leaves
• fresh lime juice: 20 ml
• honey: 10 ml
• black and white ginger ale: 90 ml

How to make it:

• place cucumber dice in a shaker, gently muddle
• tap basil leaves in your palm, add fresh lime juice, honey, ice, shake well
• strain in a high ball glass with fresh ice cubes
• top with ginger ale, stir well
• garnish with cucumber slice & basil sprig
